Monday Market Update: With Kevin Warsh now sworn in as the Federal Reserve chair, we’re keeping a close eye on key numbers—3.8% inflation and 6.51% for 30-year mortgage rates.

Warsh faces the challenge of sticking to the data, even amid pressures for quick rate cuts.

Stable prices, rather than rushed moves, are what really help lower long-term yields and create opportunities for homebuyers.

It’s the strongest spring housing market since 2022, so having your pre-approval ready and being prepared to act when the right rate and home align can make all the difference.

What are your thoughts on navigating today’s market?

Ever wonder how a home jumps off the page and into real life?

We're at 545 Seal Place in Midtown, where our rockstar framers are powering through the rain and already framing the second level — basement and main floor are looking amazing!

It’s so cool to watch our designs step out of the paper and into the neighborhood.

The space is shaping up just right!

Meanwhile, Betty’s chilling in the car (she’s not a fan of the noise—total diva alert!).

Can't wait to bring her out next time.

Stay with us for more fun updates across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube—we love sharing this journey with you!

We love how Smorgasburg turns a parking lot into Atlanta’s most delicious neighborhood hangout.

From spicy jerk pit plates to photogenic vegan corndogs, every Saturday feels like a passport-free world tour of flavor.

If you’re heading downtown this weekend, swing by 140 Forsyth St SW, sample a few bites and let us know which vendor stole your heart (or your appetite).

Got a vendor you think should pop up next season?

Drop their name below so we can all check them out!

Ever glance up at Peachtree and 14th and wonder what’s happening with that half-finished tower and its spinning crane?

We’ve been following residents’ push for answers and the city’s scramble to decide who’s in charge.

It’s a powerful reminder that construction delays ripple through daily life, from closed sidewalks to safety fears.

We care about how every project shapes the place we all call home.

Questions about what stalled sites mean for your home search or renovation budget?

Let’s talk and plan with clarity.

Georgia just moved a step closer to the nation’s toughest homeowner-protection rules.

SB 406, the Georgia Property Owners’ Bill of Rights Act, cruised through both chambers and now awaits Governor Kemp’s signature.

Mandatory HOA registration, fee caps and a new dispute-hearing office could shield thousands of households from surprise liens and foreclosures.

With one third of U.S. single-family homes in HOA communities—and dues topping $500 a month for 2.6 million owners—these safeguards matter.

We’ll keep tracking the bill’s path and what it means for your next move.
