Dawn, founder and team leader, is a 33-year resident of Atlanta's Intown communities which include Midtown, Morningside and Virginia-Highland. This has strengthened her appreciation for Atlanta's communities, historic homes and in-fill home designs. The diversity in Atlanta's neighbors is also reflected in its homes. From a 1900 era Victorian to a 2013 EarthCraft modern, there is a home to suit any taste and lifestyle in Atlanta. In addition to holding a real estate broker license and founding the Environs Real Estate Team under the Keller Williams Midtown, she is also the owner and designer for Environs Residential Design & Construction LLC. Environs Residential is a design/build company specializing in custom renovation of "intown" Atlanta homes. This expertise gives Environs Team clients an added edge when evaluating which home is right for them and condition and quality of any home that they might select. Dawn is also a Board Member of the Midtown Neighborhood Association. Atlanta’s landscape is about to get a refreshing upgrade! 🌆

Construction on The Stitch, a visionary park project, will kick off in 2027. This park will cap a section of the Downtown Connector, reconnecting neighborhoods and adding 17 acres of green space.

Highlights include an indoor-outdoor Gateway Pavilion, cozy cafes, and beautiful gardens. 🌳 Plus, The Stitch isn’t just pretty — it’s designed to help manage stormwater and prevent flooding downtown.
