Things never change. " I used..insert name....to do some work because they were rhe best bid..." now everything's falling apart. Listen theres a reason someone is so cheap. They're cutting corners somewhere. The only time we tried to be low was when we bid state contracts in Chicago. Needless to say, I only won one housing project in maybe 10 bids. It was a nightmare. 90 day payouts, the bond required was high and having to hire residents who used to steal our dumpster filled with aluminum. Its 4 am, im wide awake a d I read some sad rip off stories online already so cut me sone slack. Just interview your contractors face to face, are they asking for deposit money and ask for a project list. Protect yourself
