After almost 24 years doing only custom homes at the beach and working with hundreds of homeowners its time for me to move on. Many know ive been fighting health issues since about 2018 and the loss of my wife in 2020 was the final nail. Ibe fought back but after my 5th surgery in the past 10 months, I think God is telling me its time. Im moving back up norrth looking in wisconsin and just build mailboxes or birdhouse, fish and enjoy what time I habe left with my 2 sons. The beach has been great to me amd I hope that anyone i personally worked for is happy. I have a few jobs I subbed and still makes me mad but moving on. Ill still post pics. Im going to help restore my son's house he bought and then work on where er I end up. Its been the hardest decision ive ever made. Im leaving a lot behind here but my heart cant deal with the grind that used to drive me. I rhink back to 2003 a.d my first deal in selva Marina, then the 1st 2 mcmansions I built on plaza to 14,000 sq ft mansion on the ocean in pvb. I remember e very job, every contractor and homeowner. I always strive to put them first a.d sta d behind my work.ill admit I knew the time was coming over the past few years, my body just was t cooperating and my standards slipped so I knew it was time to step away from bidding work and we just started buying our own units and renovating. My last project is the current one. Top of the line e erythromycin g, new throughout $700,000 range 2 blocks from me in selva lakes. What a nightmare dealing with the city. My god, they've lost their mission statement and become tyrants. Anyway, take care
