Good evening everyone! First, I want to apologize for the lack of posts lately. Custom Coin Holders and our staff have been extremely busy over the past few weeks, working lots of hours, making for long days and even longer weeks. We truly appreciate everyone’s support and patience during the 2026 PCS and retirement season. Not done yet, but we see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Now that we’re slowly getting caught up, I’ll be posting some awesome products for some even better customers over the next few days! And that is what these posts are all about, the customers. We could not be as successful with out your support, so thank you!

This project I am posting about, in particular, meant a lot to me. Although we only recently met, Master Chief Adriano and his NPPSC staff have supported us for years with many projects. Alex and his crew have been unbelievable ....bringing us not only great support, but even better ideas to help make their space a lasting legacy to their name and the command they served with our projects.

This latest project turned out incredible and gives all Sailors the opportunity to see and appreciate the legacy of both the past and present chain of command within NPPSC.

Alex, thank you again for trusting us with this project. Always a pleasure assisting your command and I am looking forward to playing catch up in DC at the end of this year. Thank you, my friend, safe travels!

Good evening! Yes, we are still accepting applications for several positions. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities and are fairly flexible.

We’re a bit old-fashioned.....if you’re interested in working with us, we’d love for you to come in, meet us, shake our hand, and take home an application in person. It is almost like the first interview without it being an interview. Unfortunately, we do not conduct interviews over FaceTime, sad but true story.

We’re a small business that keeps what you might call “banker’s hours”… at best:

We do not work weekends
We do not work major holidays
We typically don’t stay much past 5:30 PM
On Fridays, we close at 3:00 PM
If you’re a stay-at-home mom who needs to be at the bus stop morning or afternoon, we will work with you.

When we’re busy, there’s opportunity for additional hours and extra pay. During the normal seasons, front positions average about 15–20 hours per week, and back positions (woodworkers) average 25–30 hours. When Busy, you can work as many as you would like up to 40.

We are currently looking to hire two employees. One for the front and one for the back (wood worker).

We offer step pay, in other words, within your first year, if you are reliable, learn quickly, work well with the team, and maintain a good positive attitude, you can receive not just one, but up to four raises within 3–14 months… and no, it’s more than just a quarter. We only raise in $1.00 increments.

Lastly, you’ll be working with and supporting Veterans.

What we do matters. You’ll be helping us show families that the person who served our country is honored and remembered, creating something that showcases their legacy for years to come. You’ll be part of creating meaningful memories for those who have sacrificed, anywhere from Vietnam Veterans to the President Of the United States and everyone in between. If you’re interested in joining our small team and what I like to call my second family, come see us at the office, we are near Howards Tint on Tipton Road.

On a side note, I also have a very good friend and business acquaintance looking to hire here in Tipton County as well. They do Bookkeeping, If you have any experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping, please let me know and I can put you in touch with them.

I would like to thank the Local 5110 Firefighters Association for their support of Custom Coin Holders LLC. The piece they commissioned for presentation to Debra Moody, Tennessee State Representative, turned out beautifully in fire engine red.

Good afternoon! It’s been a few weeks since my last post, and I apologize for the silence. This is our busy season, and we are currently very loaded down with PCS and retirement orders.

I do have several new updates and images to share sooner than later, but first I want to remind all of our loyal customers to please plan ahead for anything you may need for departing shipmates through June. Please place your orders as early as possible. At this time, we are about 3–4 weeks out on all custom requests, and in some cases 5–6 weeks out for special projects and shadow boxes. Unfortunately, last-minute rush orders are not possible right now, everyone is asking for rushed items.

On another note, I’d like to introduce our Pentagon coin holders! These are simple, clean designs specifically for those attached to the DoD or stationed at the Pentagon. They can be customized and are not yet available on our website.
