We had the honor of prolonging the life of this old shed! Our customer had pictures of the original home owners Model T parked in this shed in the early 1900's! The bones were in great shape so we decided to save it! Then came the next project, the front porch roof. After our eventful winter an ice dam slid off the upper roof on to the porch roof. The ice chunk nearly went straight through the roof and after further inspection all of the sheeting was rotten due to faulty flashing. We replaced some rafter tails and installed brand new sheeting. We then installed new metal roofing from our friends over at Sheldon Wholesale. The flashing is now completed the CORRECT WAY. We topped this proch off with brand new soffit /facia and a new seamless gutter and down spout! Another happy customer! GIVE US A CALL WE DO IT ALL!
