🏡 At Neid Construction, we LOVE a good transformation.
There’s something special about taking an idea, a dream, or even a blank piece of land and turning it into something you can be proud of.

Whether it’s a brand-new home, a complete remodel, a beautiful barn, or a project that’s uniquely yours — we love it all. 🔨❤️

We’re looking ahead to 2027 and beyond, and now is the perfect time to start talking about your next project. The earlier we can sit down, hear your ideas, and start planning, the better we can prepare to bring your vision to life.

If you’ve been saying “Someday, we’re going to…” — maybe it’s time to make that someday a plan.

📞Call Neid Construction today and let’s start planning. We’d love to be part of your next transformation!

Trusses are delivered and another new home is officially underway. We are always humbled (and excited) when we get the call that we’ve been selected by the homeowner to build their home. 🏡🔨
Every delivery marks another milestone, and we’re excited to watch this project come together from the ground up.

Rain or shine, sunny or snowing, we keep building.

Sometimes we build barns when a customer asks us to—and man, we love a good customer and a good, straight-built pole barn!
We specialize in custom builds, and we enjoy getting to build all kinds of projects. Every job is a little different, and that’s what keeps it interesting.

From homes, cottages, and additions to barns and everything in between, we’re here to build it right, build it to last, and build it for use as well as admiration.

Got a project in mind? Give us a call—we’d love to talk about it!

From starting in the fall to welcoming family for the Fourth of July, this custom cottage is a beautiful build through some harsh Michigan conditions.

A big thank you to the homeowners for trusting us to bring their vision to life. They were knowledgeable and absolutely great to work with from start to finish, and we're grateful to have been part of creating this cottage where memories will be made for years to come.

No before and after here, all new and all great!

You know those projects you can't wait to get started on? This was one of them.

This home has been the backdrop for years of memories, and when the homeowners decided it was time to renovate their main living spaces, they had a clear vision of what they wanted for the next chapter. From our very first conversation, we couldn't wait to bring it to life.

A full renovation of kitchen, bathroom, dining, and laundry. Drop ceiling gone, moved walls, enhanced lighting, created intentional spaces, built to last - designed for beauty.

Projects like this are about more than new finishes and updated spaces. They're about creating a home that reflects the people who live there while preserving everything that makes it special.

We're incredibly grateful they trusted us with their vision, and we couldn't be happier with how it all came together.

Flip through the before-and-after photos to see the transformation—we think you're going to love it.

From outdated, end-of-life materials to a complete overhaul of the space — this church bathroom remodel was a huge transformation.

The updated bathrooms now have a cleaner, more modern look with durable, high-quality finishes built to last for years to come.

We were thankful to be chosen for this job and even more grateful to be able to provide this service to our local community.

Throwback Thursday or Spotlight Sunday? Honestly… this one deserves both.

This stately home sits proudly on its hill—exactly where it belongs. But the unsung story? The transformation at the water’s edge.

What was once unusable, unreachable shoreline is now seamlessly integrated into the property. Through thoughtful engineering, a multi-tier retention system was created—finished with a beach and capped with a stacked stone seawall that beautifully bridges land and water.

This isn’t just a home. It’s a complete vision brought to life. A landmark estate for the community.

Did you know we can manage your entire build—from home construction to seawalls and landscaping? All tailored to your needs.
Reach out today and let’s build something remarkable.

We love a good before & after—especially when it starts with a homeowner who brings a clear vision to the table.

This property already had a lot to swoon over, including an incredible view, but the outdoor space needed some serious attention. Through close collaboration, we transformed it into a mixed-material patio designed to stand the test of time.

No staining. No future replacements. Just durable, high-quality materials paired with craftsmanship you can count on.

Built for today. Ready for decades to come.
