The homeowner requested a cottage demolition and complete rebuild.

It now features an Azek deck in the rich Mahogany color, complemented by LP® Diamond Kote® 16-inch board-and-batten siding in White. Accent areas are finished in the elegant Onyx color, while the dormer and front bump-out showcase Oyster Shell single 7" straight-edge shake siding for added character and visual interest.

The columns are finished with beautiful dry-stack Eldorado Stone, creating a timeless and welcoming appearance.

Windows are Ebony Marvin Ultimate® windows, supplied by Lawrence Smith Window and Door, providing both exceptional quality and a striking modern contrast.

The soffit and fascia are Quality Edge products in Black, coordinating seamlessly with the home's exterior accents.

The deck railing system is a black Jam Systems VertiRod cable railing, offering a clean, contemporary look while maintaining open views.

For structural performance and durability, the home is built with an AdvanTech® subfloor and ZIP System® sheathing on both the roof and walls.

This home has undergone a significant transformation with the addition of a new master suite, loft, attached garage, and sunroom, along with a complete remodel of the kitchen and main living areas. The design incorporates multiple mono-pitched rooflines, creating a distinctive modern architectural style.

The exterior is finished with CertainTeed Monogram Double 4 siding in Tuxedo Black, complemented by CertainTeed Single 7 Board & Batten siding in matching Tuxedo Black for added texture and visual interest. The roof features CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in Moire Black, accented by a striking Copper Penny standing seam metal roof. All soffit and fascia are Quality Edge products in Black, creating a clean, cohesive appearance.
