This one was a doozy! 3 car garage with built on bathroom, back storage room and patio. The garage was built in the 60's and previous owner did a terrible job with the overlay. Had to inform the homeowner that I wouldn't be able to completely correct the issues, but it would be much better than how it was at the time. We had to fill a lot of imperfections, including 5 large areas where the overlay was broken and loose. After it was completed, homeowner was ecstatic about the end results! With the exception of a few spots that were "trowel finished" by whoever installed the overlay improperly, it turned out nearly flawless! Transformations like this are very gratifying!

Customer needed their patio epoxy removed and redone with better prep and materials! This job shows the before and after, while also highlighting the ultimate failure reason for this epoxy flake system. Not only did the original contractor not prep the concrete, but there was significant yellowing of the clear coat because they used epoxy instead of polyaspartic coating. When this happens, we have to grind/remove the entire coating and grind the concrete properly before installing our coatings! We used an epoxy base coat, followed by full broadcast flake system of the customer's choice and then the polyaspartic clear coat goes down. Polyaspartic coating is UV stable and will not yellow due to sun exposure, making it much more suitable for outdoor surfaces! If you need to correct a bad epoxy job or just want to add some character to your existing concrete, give me a call! We pride ourselves in not cutting corners, using cheaper materials and always providing a quality service!

Commercial epoxy with polyaspartic clear coat. Removed the big box store coatings with grinder(there were three layers from in house maintenance application over the years), applied light gray epoxy base coat and followed with two coats of clear polyaspartic with aggregate for slip resistance.

Yes, we pour concrete as well!!! Start to finish of a concrete pour with wood look stamped finish! Framed, sprinklers capped, protected customer's home with plastic, excavated to depth, laid base and rebar. Then poured concrete, added base color and let the excess water dry a bit before the secondary color is added and stamped with pattern the customer chose. Second day, wash the slab, remove framing boards and sealer applied! Beautiful outcome!!

Full flake(tan, brown and white) epoxy job done for a customer in Denton. Lots of cracks to fill and prep before the transformation. Costumer said their garage looked like that since they moved in back in 1984. Had another contractor tell her that no matter what she put on it, the cracks would always be visible! During the bidding process, I assured her they would disappear with proper preparation. Needless to say, she is ecstatic about the finished product!
