Here’s my story…
I had a plumbing issue and experienced a backup. Both my restrooms were out of commission and required immediate attention as I had a pregnant wife at home. My home warranty sent a big name plumbing company over. They spent hours with the plumbing and could not unclog or fix the problem. They actually left me with a non-working restroom. I have a pregnant wife at home! We need an operating restroom!
After a moment of frustration, a church friend referred me over to Dillion at Vortex Plumbing. I did not expect him to come by so quickly for a visit on the same day. He spent less than an hour identifying the issue. He advised me of some separation in the main pipe joints caused by tree roots at the front of my house. Though this repair was not cheap, it was a repair that was necessary. Dillon unclogged my plumbing for the moment so we may use the restrooms and came back later to address the major work.
The Vortex team came in, excavated, and repaired the main pipe all in 1 day. I was impressed by the work of his team. Fast, reliable, and professional!!
In conclusion, I could not trust another contractor, but Vortex Plumbing gave me the trust I needed. You may call him Dillon, I call him THE HONEST PLUMBER!
