just finished a basement in garrett’s newest Subdivision. Heritage Estates, it’s on the south edge of town.

project was to finish entire basement into 5 separate rooms. one living room, one bathroom, one storage room, one closet, and one utility room.
we framed areas, installed bathtub, toilet, new furniture style vanity, drywalled & painted ceilings and walls. we installed 4 white doors in the same style as the existing doors. we installed 7 led ceiling lights in living room area. and finished up with lifeproof flooring throughout living room, bathroom, and closet.

project was to remodel living room,
installed all new drywall on walls, applied spanish lace to existing ceiling,
complete fireplace upgrade, includes new hearth with seating area and new stack style tiles for a much more modern look.
installed new lifeproof flooring, new larger base trim, new crown trim around the top, 2 new ceiling fans, all new white electrical plugs, switches and covers.
it’s a huge change and major improvement.
very happy customers.

downtown business needed some kitchen, office and bathroom upgrades.

project includes new shaker style white kitchen cabinets, new sink, faucet, garbage disposal, fresh new counter top, paint walls, paint trim and new lifeproof flooring.
repainted walls, repainted trim and installed new flooring in 2 bathrooms.
repainted hallway, and new office area.

historic home needed a new garage.
here it is.
exactly as the homeowner dreamed up.

brand new stick built 24x32 maintenance free garage with a 9’ ceiling height, classic cream aluminum soffits, vinyl double 4” classic cream siding, white vinyl brick molding trim around entry door and both garage doors for zero painting.
the garage has a single 9’ garage door on south side and
double 16’ garage door on the west side.
an entry door on the east side and
2 windows on south side to resemble the existing homes windows size and shape. (narrow and tall).

……just have 3 things to finish. new seamless gutters all the way around the new garage and 2 new garage doors.
and finally two new driveways one to the south garage door and one from the west garage door.

project to install new life proof vinyl plank flooring and color stained to match shoe molding in kitchen, dining area,laundry room and in front of back door area.

it turned out really nice. it’s major upgrade for this customer and super easy to maintain.

New 24’ x 32’ Garage project on the edge of auburn’s downtown district behind an historic residential property built in 1885 or something close to that.

Day 4.
installed shingles on new garage roof today. cobblestone gray is the color of the shingles to resemble the house’s roof color.

cant tell yet from pictures but the roof is a hip roof to match existing house.

the garage as a entry door on the east side towards the house, 2 windows on the south side that will resemble the existing home’s windows and 2 garage doors,a large one on the west side and a smaller one on the south side.
it’s gonna look sharp.

east auburn home built 1990

project is complete remodel of the master bathroom.

new 48” shower with large glass door and 2 grab bars installed inside.
2 new countertops, 2 new sinks,2 new faucets,
new toilet, new exhaust fan, 3 new modern mirrors,
3 vanity lights one over each mirror. new led ceiling lights, new toilet paper holder, towel bar, robe hook, towel ring, repainted the ceiling walls and both vanities, and installed modern handles on both vanities.
completed this bathroom with a life proof floor.
very modern bathroom.
