This past week, our team held a safety standdown focused on the importance of power line awareness!

A big thank you to Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) for visiting The Signature on the Grand project in Knoxville. They delivered an impactful demonstration highlighting the serious hazards of high-voltage electricity and, how to recognize and prevent risks before work even begins.

Solid progress continues at the Auburn University Student Housing project! Blake Patrick, Project Intern, shares a quick update on what’s happening on site!

“Furniture is starting to arrive, with beds, desks, and more being installed throughout the building. Crews are also wrapping up exterior work this week, including brick columns and sidewalks, helping prepare the site for turnover. Looking ahead, curbs will be poured and landscaping will begin as we wrap up the remaining sitework. It’s exciting to see everything taking shape as we move closer to the finish line!”
