Summer Construction Season 📚🏗️

For K-12 construction, summer is more than just a break—it’s a critical window to get work done before students return. ☀️

In just a few short months, our teams are working hard to complete renovations, make improvements, and transform spaces while schools are quiet. From May through August, a lot can change!

🚁 The Honeywell House renovation continues to take shape!

Through our Work-Based Learning partnerships with local schools, students have the opportunity to step outside the classroom and gain real-world experience, hands-on skills and valuable insight into careers in the construction industry.

We’re proud to work alongside our school partners to help students explore their interests, build confidence and prepare for what comes next.

Today we're celebrating an incredible milestone as our Masonry Superintendent, Lupe, marks 10 years with FCI Construction!

For the past decade, Lupe has been a valued leader on our team, bringing dedication, craftsmanship, and a commitment to quality on every project. His hard work, leadership, and experience have helped build not only outstanding projects but also a strong culture of teamwork.

Thank you, Lupe, for everything you've contributed over the last 10 years. Congratulations on this well-deserved milestone—we're proud to have you as part of the FCI family and look forward to many more years together!

🎓 Congratulations to Alex Martin and Colin Perry on graduating from the United Brotherhood of Carpenters (UBC) Superintendent Training Program!

Over the course of 24 months, Alex and Colin completed extensive on-the-job training, worked alongside FCI mentors, and attended specialized training sessions at the International Training Center in Las Vegas. Their commitment to continuous learning and professional growth reflects the dedication they bring to every project.

We’re proud of this accomplishment and look forward to seeing the impact they’ll continue to make for our clients, partners, and team. Congratulations, Alex and Colin!
