One of our newest lake builds! 🏡🌲🌊

This home is the perfect example of how a smaller footprint can still create BIG, beautiful spaces. With soaring ceilings, an open-concept layout, a loft overlooking the main living area, and walls of windows bringing in tons of natural light and those incredible lake views, every square foot was designed with purpose.

From the custom staircase and cable railing to the warm wood accents, kitchen, and tucked-away beverage area under the stairs, this home proves you don’t need a massive footprint to make a home feel spacious.

Beautiful views, smart design, and plenty of room to enjoy lake life. 💙

✨ Another beautiful deck complete by Blueline Builders & Design! ✨

This one turned out amazing! 😍 Featuring Honey Grove decking paired with a black rod rail system for a clean, modern look. We also added the lower platform for the hot tub, creating the perfect setup to relax and enjoy that gorgeous wooded view! 🌳

We love seeing these outdoor spaces come together and become an extension of the home. 🏡
