Junior and Mike came out to look at the leak under the kitchen sink. They were extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable! They ended up replacing the kitchen faucet and fixing the water pressure. Junior showed me faucet options and installed our preferred style and color. Everything was taken care of the day they came out. Love that they were dirt conscious and wore shoe covers in the house to help keep things clean, too. We are very pleased with their work and recommend them!

Another Happy Client. Way to go Dennis!

I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the professionalism and expertise of Dennis, the technician who serviced our furnace on Friday.
As he was diagnosing our system he noticed a problem with a primary circuit board that caused the unit to work inefficiently. After cleaning and dialing everything in he was able to prevent our furnace from overheating and potentially causing major damage at a huge cost. Dennis deserves major kudos for a job well done!

We received a wonderful email this weekend from a very happy Client. Thank you Nita:

Thank you for your warm wishes. The old herb farm in Auburn was run down when my brother moved his family there in the late 90’s. Your employees can attest to the creative patch work that makes up the kitchen plumbing at this old house at 13935 Dry Creek Road. I cannot as I am the city mouse and I live in a flat in San Francisco. Wen and his partner (name escapes me) Tom were a welcome sight. I had been waiting for another technician and was speaking with JJ as a potential back up just in case I was left hanging. JJ was a great first contact and with a few questions knew what she was about and tried to help me find my well house and the shut off valve. All good things to know. As it turns out there is no foundation but we won’t let facts derail the purpose of this email which is to say that Wen and Tom were simply wonderful from the moment the big truck came up the drive. Big smiles and waves and Wen gave me very easy to understand choices and helpful guidance. The house has been long neglected and we have work ahead to fix it. Like JJ, Wen and Tom were cheerful, knew what was up, were first to offer solutions and got after it. When I am looking for quotes for for restoring the main house and bringing the outbuildings up to code and comfort it is down to your employees that I will reach out to ABT Plumbing.
