Creekside Commercial Builders is excited to partner with Visions in Education once again on a new tenant improvement project.
The project includes the remodel of approximately 1,781 SF of existing office space to increase the number of private offices through reconfiguration of interior walls, along with mechanical, electrical, and fire sprinkler modifications. Exterior improvements will include the addition of three new metal awnings.
We’re proud to continue building strong relationships and delivering spaces that meet our clients’ needs.

We’re proud to see this project recognized as it reaches an important milestone.
The Sierra Guest Home in Nevada County has officially opened, bringing 27 units of permanent supportive housing to the community. This project reflects the impact of strong partnerships and the importance of creating spaces that support long-term stability.

The State Operations Center Front Entrance and Modernization projects are officially finished. These upgrades enhance both the functionality and accessibility of the facility while creating a welcoming entry for those who work and visit here every day.
