This one is really starting to come together, and WOW — what a view! 😍

✅ All blocks are UP
✅ Lintel has been poured
✅ Straps are in and ready for the trusses
✅ And can we talk about that BEAUTIFUL slab?! 👏🏼

But one of our favorite parts has to be the astonishing view right out of the master bedroom windows! 🌅🏡 Imagine waking up to that every morning!

🚧 STEP BY STEP — CONCRETE ACTION ON ORANGE STREET! 🚧

Things are moving right along over on Orange Street! 💪🏠

From prep work ➡️ forming ➡️ pouring, we’re taking it step by step and getting that concrete work DONE! 👷‍♂️🔥

Another big step forward on this build, and we love watching it all come together!

🏡 Back out at Evergreen Loop in Polk City! 🏡

Things are really coming together on this new build! 👏

🚧 Driveway is formed up and ready for concrete
✅ Culvert installed
🚶 Nice walkway leading up to the front door
✅ Septic tank and drain fields are all finished up
🔧 Next week we’ll be connecting the sewer lines
🚜 Then we’ll be moving dirt to the back of the property

Since this property is in a flood zone, the home was built up higher to meet the necessary elevation requirements—and you can really see the difference!

The driveway is officially complete, and it’s looking great!

This duplex is really coming together, with plenty of parking space for future renters. Every step brings this project closer to the finish line, and we can’t wait to show you the finished product.

We’re back at Orange Blvd with another progress update!

✅ Most of the foundation has now been laid, and it’s really starting to take shape.

This week we’ll be wrapping up the backfill and getting the plumbing completed, bringing us one step closer to the next phase of construction.

🏗️ Another Milestone Reached! 🏗️

Great news from our latest project—we passed our footer inspection this morning! ✅

Due to the elevation difference on the property, this home features a raised foundation to ensure a solid, level build. To prepare the site, we brought in approximately 30 loads of fill dirt to achieve the proper elevation and compaction.

Every successful inspection is another step closer to turning this house into someone’s dream home. We look forward to sharing the progress as construction continues!

Progress is moving right along on our Orange Blvd. project in Polk City! 🏡🚜

We’ve brought in a significant amount of fill dirt to properly raise the elevation and achieve the required compaction due to the natural slope of the property. The finished floor elevation will be right around the level you see now.

Next up:
✅ Wednesday – Compaction testing
✅ Thursday – Footer excavation begins
