I will be putting in a hat and shirt order soon if you've been wanting some swag, now is your chance to get it! The shirts will remain the same but black shirts will be offered as well as the original grey, but I'm changing up the hats a little this year so they’re not as bright and more appealing. Hats and shirts are $20 each.

Here's a quick update on slot availability for mowing: depending on the size of your property, I have 3-5 open slots until mid-summer. I'm beyond thankful for all my clients who have been with me from the beginning, and I'm thankful for those who are jumping on board and trusting me to take care of their property. Our dump trailer is now on site and ready to be utilized. If you're in the market for a dump trailer, ours is available for rent. I can also arrange for delivery, pickup, and disposal if required with the balance due being billed to the customer. 712-309-1443

🏠 Moving services: Whether you're leaving or joining our community, we can assist you with multiple options. You can either hire us to load, haul, and unload your belonging or if you want to save money, you can load the trailer and I'll haul it. If you’re just looking for help loading or unloading and want a U-Haul instead Audubon Real Estate, LLC can cover those needs!

Trailer details: 2025 7x16 enclosed V-nose with interior lights, solar panels, and an inverter.

🚛 Dump Trailer Rental: Just like our moving services, we offer multiple ways to rent our dump trailer; you can rent it by the day or by the week and you haul it, or I can deliver it, you load it, and I'll haul it away.

Trailer details: 2026 7x14 with 32-inch sides rated for 14,000 pounds, equipped with a solar panel for keeping the battery charged, a wired remote control, and a wireless remote control.
