Hey all been working a lot sorry for no updates just got done doing a major repair in dodge city had to clean out an apartment complex of m**h cooks and squatters had some major repairs this is one of the tubs that we repaired Before and after pictures and yes it is the same tub 3 hours of cleaning and repair and usable in 24 hours.

ok all we know it is hot out and it is the dreaded cottonwood season so if your not cooling like you should be or just need the ac cleaned PM us we love working and if the unit is not working Pm or call us 316--883--2376+- you can also text but we can fix most units in about 15 to 20 min and keep the cost low and if you were told you need a new unit call us for a second opinion we will tell you everything that is wrong and and give you recommendations for repair or replacement and keep the cost Low try to get the major company's to help someone is like pulling teeth hard because they are always worried about the almighty dollar and not the customer health or how hot it is

Well if you have a Federal Pacific Electrical Panel . I would recommend replacing it before it catches fire from overload the Federal Pacific panels the breakers do not trip when overloaded and keep getting hot till they burn your home down we caught this one before the family moved in if you look close at the main wires coming in they have been overloaded quite a few times and the casing has started to come off of it . So we replaced it with a new Sq D Homelite panel 100 amp 48 spaces ran a new main line coming in from meter and the whole thing is grounded and bonded to the panel safety first we don't cut corners and we try to save the family money cost about 850 dollars for the complete replacement changeover so if you have a Federal Pacific Electrical Panel give us a call for all your electrical needs.

well finished another electrical panel repair. We don't know who or what company put up this double paned and raceway in-between but you all seriously fouled up you have to put strut behind an electrical panel in a basement where their is a pool less then 30 ft from main wall if you mount it on the wall it will rust and cause damage to the panel making it in safe number one. then we have the raceway where you brought in the electrical and put split bolts on it that is ok but you were lazy and could have injured or killed someone being lazy NO Rubber tape and NO 33+ just dollar store electrical tape and only one layer REALLY🤬 are you kidding me you put a piece of wood in the raceway in front of the door to keep the HIGH Voltage from touching it then you did not secure the raceway shut great job that was second . last but not least you used a main breaker that had a hole in it because you were being cheap we are so mad about how you Screwed this home owner and could have killed them because you are lazy. so we fixed your mess and we would call it som**hing else but we keep it PG. here so check out the before picture and after picture took us 10 hours to fix and it was 102 outside and 130 inside no air movement .

so if you have been screwed over by another electrician please don't judge us all their are still us that are honest. I will even tell you how much we charged to do this change over it was $1600 that included everything in the second photo including all the breakers and 10 hours of labor keep checking back and we will add more jobs for you to check out our work

Today at 330 am Abby our English Bulldog Passed over that Rainbow Bridge. She Died is my husband's arms she had severe nemonia from Mega Esophagus. she was my husband's best friend and she will be missed by me too she loved every one and always wanted to make sure you were ok if you looked sad no matter who it was she knew no stranger just love that what made her the perfect service animal for me and my husband Chris she was and always will be in our hearts we love and will miss her dearly.
You rest now Abby we know the first half of your life was rough and we know you had a good life with us here at home but now you are home and you are missed and love always Love Mom and Dad

So another successful Bathroom remodel Done removed old custom porcelain tub and surround tub is one piece and surround is three pieces had a little struggle with tub because it weighted in at 596 lbs one piece of porcelain made in late 1940's found out from stamp on bottom. but tub was nice problem was no water lip to stop water from getting behind panels the surround was very nice just needed a little TLC and then Thier was the mold and rot so we removed the three panels from the wall they were also porcelain sheets you will be able to see in pictures we replaced toilet this is all in the master bathroom and added a second shower head and faucet where customer indicated. we cut the second panel to match the first panel for shower faucet and shower sprayer. so check out our before and after photos of this crazy job replaced all plumbing with PEX and shark bites plumbing connections. like I said check out the transformation of this space.

Check this out we remodeled this upstairs bathroom with a new surround two new LED's and sanded and recoated the tub with Ekopel 2K Bathtub Refinishing Kit Awesome stuff took it from yellow and bad to a new tub with a push button drain and overflow cover .
