This custom 24’ x 36’ garage with finished living space above is one of our favorite builds to date, and the details truly set it apart.

From the ground up, this project was engineered for strength and longevity, featuring:

✔️ 10’ wall height for a spacious, open feel.
✔️ 24’ clear-span lower level—no center posts, giving the homeowner maximum usable garage space.
✔️ Engineered LSL floor joists and custom LSL rafters for exceptional structural performance.
✔️ Massive 24” wide × 6” thick LVL ridge beam, creating the stunning vaulted ceiling system.
✔️ Two custom-built vaulted dormers that flood the upper level with natural light while adding incredible curb appeal.
✔️ Beautiful V-match pine throughout the upstairs, creating a warm, cabin-style finish.
✔️ Drywall-finished garage with clean line baseboard for a crisp, modern look.
✔️ Polyurethane-finished pine windows trimmed inside and exterior wrapped in luxurious brown metal for lasting beauty and low maintenance.
✔️ Finished with Cedar Blend vinyl siding, paired perfectly with brown insulated garage doors and a metal roof for a timeless look.

Project in Progress 🔨🏠

Here’s a look at one of our current builds taking shape. From the foundation and framing to the structural details, this one has been coming together piece by piece through the winter conditions.

We’re currently headed to the end stages of the build, and it’s always rewarding seeing it go from a slab and lumber to a solid structure with real character. The crew’s been putting in the work to keep things moving and on track.

More updates to come as we push toward completion.

50x80 Metal Building Build 🔨

Another big project wrapped up by At Ease Contractors. We handled the full steel structure installation and exterior completion on this 50x80 metal building, bringing this shell from a bare slab to a strong, weather-tight space ready for use.

Our scope included:
• Full steel frame er****on
• Wall and roof assembly
• Exterior metal installation
• Trim-out to close the building in

This one came together clean, square, and built to last. Proud of the crew for the hard work on this project.
