Renovation work is like tailoring a suit someone is already wearing. Sometimes is it a delicate dance to make alterations. This week we switched out a beam that was held by only plywood with the closest load bearing wall three foot away. Got it done without complaints from the house and not even a crack in the basement drywall.

Cruising. Seven business day from the start on the condo. Demo is done. Framing changes are done. Rough plumbing will be done shortly. Electrical rough will be done today. Drywall repairs and patching are in progress. And we are assembling cabinets.
