I have had 3-4 roofs installed on various properties. I felt a need to switch to another company and am very happy with the experience and the product from Augusta Roofing and Gutters. They did what they said they would do (not always how this stuff goes), they kept me apprised of the progress. Critically, they assessed my roof's needs far differently than the other companies I got quotes from. Specifically, they pointed out that I needed a cricket behind my chimney. I have installed two crickets (water diverting devices so the water does not just fill up against the chimney and leak) so I knew what they were and their importance. Augusta Roofing was the ONLY company who even mentioned this to me as something they would install. That interaction told me they were paying attention to the big scheme of things. (...and...on top of it their price was the best of all the quotes). Thanks Augusta Roofing and Gutters (this review is obviously quite positive...I received no guidance or rebate or anything (other than the good roof) for this review.)

Augusta Roofing replaced my roof and provided excellent customer service. I needed my roof inspected. Office manager Carolyn quickly scheduled the assessment and reviewed the photographs with me. The team at Augusta Roofing completed the work as promised. Carolyn performed an inspection, once the work was completed, and went above and beyond to make sure they clean-up was satisfactory. She also reviewed the photographs taken after the work was completed with me. Carolyn was very responsive and professional, providing excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and was satisfied. She was a Godsend.
