ATTENTION HOMEOWNERS AND INVESTORS:

Last week we did the demo and removed the old concrete, we were able to frame up the sunroom we attached the wall plates to the concrete with tapcon screws every 2 foot into the bottom plate into the concrete. Then we framed up the three walls framing up the openings for the windows. After that we threw in the ceiling joist then the rafters installed the plywood fell. Also we installed the soffit and facia so we can start laying shingles Monday. 706 979 0468

The kitchen remodel has came a long way!!! We got most of all the tile layed this week on the floor the new cabinets installed and we were able to reuse the old granite which looks great. Tommorrow we install the backsplash..

Sneak peak of the bathroom remodel on the current full house remodel flip with Moni LaPeach.. we are currently doing all the final touches like finish painting, sand and stain in Hardwood Floors installing vanities, etc.. We hope to be done next Friday. The shower turned out so good. I had to give all a sneak peek. Those are 4 x 2 tiles on the walls with a 16th of an inch grout line standard 12 inch niche with a beautiful rock pebble shower floor.

Ps.. I just got done grouting we still have to wipe and touch up grout wipe down 3 more times I just got excited and post it.

!!PROJECT UPDATE!!

* Full exterior paint: pressure washed, scraped, two coats on siding and trim.
* Complete bathroom remodel: down to framing, new plumbing, sheetrock, custom Schluter shower.
* Built a new 12x16 deck.
* Extensive sheetrock repairs, popcorn ceiling scraping, and wall fixes.
* Installed new ¾” plywood in the kitchen.
* Laid new tile in the bath and did an epoxy kit on the upstairs shower.

What amazing transformation me and my team were able to pull off in this 10 week project of this hundred-year-old house built in 1925. The house was in terrible shape when we started so when we first started, we started with the room addition after we got the room edition framed in and dried, and we moved onto to tear it off the original siding on the house, which was 100 years old we put the house on 24 inch center to allow for new insulation and new plywood followed by new James Harley siding and trim. Then we moved onto the front porch. It was in terrible shape rotten it was actually a dangerous situation with demo that framed in the new porch, install new columns and built new steps.. we also move the front door over to the left to build a hallway so when you walked in the front door, you’re not walking into someone’s bedroom so we redesign the interior with a new hallway new master bedroom we were we installed all new Sheetrock, new doors and trim when the case and everything all custom we fix the tub with a real Epoxy kit install new tile on the walls in the shower just a total remodel. All the plumbing electrical and HVAC followed by all the trim paint everything total brand new house.
