Phase 1 of this Andover outdoor living space remodel! They asked if I could do something with the old stairs. YES I CAN! Now on to cutting out areas for stone patio & walkways with stone steps and terracing of some sloped areas.

That’s a wrap! Got this Patio/fire pit area Buttoned up today in Kechi, ks with this beautiful weather! Thanks to another client for just saying build me something from your mind , I want a patio with a fire pit!
She said they never could have thought this up, they might just be in love!
Let me create a place for you / your family to relax and unwind. Massive jobs to small little wine sipping patios!

Got the first stage done just before rain yesterday! Client is going to wait till spring to do plants, flower bed areas , sod and they LOVE the grass between their toes so we put a compost soil between rocks on pathway to settle over winter and then can top dress again with seed for the pathway! 
STONE will add so much depth and dramatic affects to your landscaping and property!!! I’d live to do some for you , WILL TRAVEL ANYWHERE In the USA!
 So thankful and appreciate this work and everyone that is patiently still waiting for me to get to them!

Customer bought their house and asked if I could make this side area better with mostly things they had in the existing landscape already to be more budget friendly. They let me have free roam to make whatever I could happen.
Rest of the yard is to be continued With doing a walk through the gate to the new pool they had put in. Redoing the area in between there also.  Happy to do things in stages for budgeting out.
Ps: so lesson is don’t just discard your old stuff art can be recreated with time lapsed goods.
