💧 Hidden leaks can cause major damage!!

This homeowner was told for nearly 3 years that the plumbing issues had been fixed. Unfortunately, the leak was hidden inside a wall, and the water damage continued unnoticed.

HVAC line crack = long term water damage

A cracked HVAC line inside the wall caused mold growth, and damage to the drywall, carpet, pad, and tack strips.

To make matters worse, an unsealed hole where the HVAC line exited the home allowed squirrels to move in and build a nest inside the wall. 🐿🌰
