These before-and-after photos show the replacement of a failing ejector pit system.

The original pit was not airtight, allowing sewer gas to enter the home, and had begun to deteriorate—causing sewage to seep into the surrounding ground. To properly resolve the issue, we broke open the concrete floor to remove the compromised pit.

We installed a new airtight, gas-tight ejector pit, along with a new ejector pump, 2" ball valve, and check valve. The concrete floor was then professionally patched and restored.

The result is a safe, sealed, and reliable system—exactly how it should be.

This home had an older sump pump paired with an undersized galvanized discharge line, which limited performance.

We upgraded the system with a new sump pump and installed a properly sized 1½" PVC discharge line. The result is improved water flow and a securely mounted line that stays in place when the pump is running—helping ensure reliable performance when it matters most.
