We are a small, but dynamic, specialty contractor shop looking for an experienced Office Manager who has a good knowledge of QuickBooks and can manage office tasks. Experience in the construction industry is a big plus.
Requirements and Job Responsibilities:
• Experience with QuickBooks is a requirement
• Manage Accounts Receivable/Payable
• Enter timesheets and other payroll related activities
• Monthly progress billing using various forms, lien releases, SOV’s
• Preparation of estimates, invoices, packing slips and receiving tickets
• Perform monthly reconciliations, including bank and credit card reconciliations
• Manage health insurance coverage
• Managing and organizing certain project-specific documentation
• Some HR responsibilities including new employee orientations and managing employee documents
• Pick up/deliver parts and run other errands on occasion
• Willing and able to take on other tasks as needed
• Friendly, positive attitude to join our super team
• Maintain attention to details, follow up and organization are essential in this role
• Provide a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Pass a drug test
• Ordering various supplies
• Hours 7 am to 4:00 weekdays
• Casual attire

Education/Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
