🌀Pipe Rehabilitation Education: SPR™TF/RO

SPR™TF is a Spiral Wound pipe rehabilitation method for mid-range diameter sewers, storm drains and culverts. This trenchless lining system ‘lays’ PVC liner directly against the host pipe wall, requiring no annular space grouting.

The SPR™TF method features two different winding machines depending on the project: a lightweight, compact machine or one featuring rotating hydraulic arms. Both machines traverse the pipeline while constructing a tight-fit liner.

📌 What are Spiral Wound Liners?

Spiral Wound Liners: a trenchless pipe lining method for sewers, storm drains, and culverts. Our liners offer full structural rehabilitation using mechanically wound PVC. This 100% mechanical process can be installed in live flow, with liners constructed onsite using existing access points like a standard manhole. Meeting design standards ASTM 1741-18 and ASTM 1697-18 for proper installation.
