We are proud to recognize Janina (Alex) Martell Soto, our PM Intern in the Raleigh Area!

Throughout her internship, Alex has gained valuable hands-on experience supporting active projects while learning the day-to-day responsibilities of project management. Her dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to take on new challenges have made a meaningful impact on our team.

"UFI has given me an exciting, hands-on experience this summer! They got me involved with a project from the jump, both in and out of the office. My days included attending meetings and trainings, performing takeoffs, reviewing drawings, communicating with field superintendents, updating various logs, and regularly going on site to capture footage and verify as-builts. The great people in the Raleigh office ensured an educational and engaging summer, and I can't wait to be back!"

Our Project Management teams from across all of our offices recently came together for PM Training, an opportunity to strengthen the skills, leadership, and collaboration that help deliver successful projects from start to finish.

Investing in our people is one of the best investments we can make. Through engaging discussions, shared experiences, and hands-on learning, our teams continue to grow professionally while reinforcing the values that make United Forming a trusted partner for our clients.

A special thank you to Maxim Crane Works, LP for providing lunch and an informative learning session. We truly appreciate your partnership and the valuable industry insights you shared with our team.

We wrapped up the training with a group workout session, a great way to reinforce the importance of teamwork, wellness, a little competition, and pushing ourselves to be stronger both on and off the job.
