Proud of the United Forming, Inc. Raleigh Team for hosting a sponsored field trip today with students from Cummings High School at our NCEC project. Providing 30 students the opportunity to tour an active jobsite and learn about careers in the skilled trades is an important step in building the future of our industry. Experiences like this help show firsthand the teamwork, craftsmanship, and opportunities that construction offers.

A special thank you to the Balfour Beatty/Metcon JV partners for joining us and helping make this such an engaging and memorable experience for the students. Investing in the next generation starts with opening our doors and sharing what we do best.

On November 15th, 2025, our United Forming Inc Family proudly participated in the Hiester Cares Foundation 5K Run & Walk benefiting the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention near Raleigh, NC.

This event means a lot to us, not only because it supports an incredible organization, but also because it shines a light on an issue that deeply affects our industry. The construction industry continues to face one of the highest su***de rates across all occupational groups. It’s a reality we cannot ignore, and one that calls for awareness, compassion, and action.

We’re grateful to everyone who came out, supported, donated, and walked alongside us. Together, we can help break the silence, support mental health, and create a safer, more supportive environment for everyone in construction.
