I was so excited when I found out that I could make ANYTHING out of clay and marble it. These earrings are one of my first experiments; I’ve also made some incense burners and brush rests.
When my in-person holiday markets are over, I’ll be posting these in my Etsy shop! What do you think of them?

Hi! 👋 I’m so grateful you’re here. Since I have so many wonderful new humans peeping my insta, I thought I’d do a little About Me moment to put a face to the artwork.
👩‍🎨 My name is Leah and I’m a 33 year old water marbling artist and educator in Austin, TX.
💦 When I created this account last year, I thought I was going to be a watercolor artist. But I couldn’t keep myself away from the marbling tank… so here we are!
🧘‍♀️ I struggle with anxiety and repetitive thoughts. Something about watching paint spread on the surface of water slows down my thoughts. It’s a form of meditation for me.
🤪 I’m often experimenting with new designs and things to marble. I like to get a lil crazy and see what happens.
✨ I love sharing this magical art form with the world through this account and in-person workshops. I also sell art prints in my growing Etsy shop.
👧 My business name is inspired by my childhood nickname, LeLe. Marbling makes my inner child so happy. (Also, Leah Studio was taken 🙃).
💃 My favorite hobbies are dancing & camping.
If you’re still reading this, THANK YOU! Your support means the world to me as I set out on my journey to make creative expression my career.
Big thanks to for these cute pics & for encouraging me to show my face!

I needed brush rests for my workshop students to use. Instead of buying them, I made some out of clay! And then of course I had to marble them.
I made a little clay cat too. I’m a cat person, and a few people have asked me if I’ve marbled a cat. Now I can say yes :)

It’s my birthday! 🦁 I’m feeling more Leah than ever, and marbling is a big part of that. For me, this art form has been a catalyst for self expression and personal evolution. I’m gradually learning how to dance with the water and pigments. It’s been a journey of fun discoveries, messy mistakes and slow success.
It’s a gift to me that you are here. THANK YOU for watching my little videos and witnessing my swirly journey. Every “like” is a tiny reassurance that I’m on the right path and should keep pushing forward as an artist. I’m so grateful for you. 💛
Huge thanks to Paige for taking this photo! ✨

Bookmark collab with the amazing (aka )! Back in November we shared a table at my first art market & birthed these babies together. I brought the paper, and she added the fun “shhh” chains. 🤫 It only took me 8 months to post a pic of them! 🙃
