Customer is all set to go . He can know enjoy his backyard with a new pizza oven with his family . All he needed from me was go under the home and find a good connection on the gas line and install a new line for his pizza oven and bbq pit .
Weather wasn’t that bad either especially for Texas . After installation made sure I capped everything off and tested the whole gas system to make sure there isn’t any leaks . City Inspector passed it and another customer satisfied with Plumber On The Go .

The customer and I agreed that having 2 water heaters in the attic is never the best idea . So many risks that come with it like water flooding from the attic to the bottom of the house and having 100 gallons of water above your head from the master bedroom.

Sat down and discuss the options and the positive side of replacing it with a tankless water heater . Which is having 1 water heating source instead of 2 . Worry free leaks from the water heating source in the attic because you don’t have 100’s of gallons of water up there . The Customer has an endless supply of hot water you don’t have to wait for it to keep heating up and waste energy doing so . Also with the tankless unit it comes with a circulating pump so you can have hot water delivered faster to your water fixtures . Plus a device that can sense moisture from the water heating source and will shut down the water supply before any leaks start to happen.

At the end of the day I’m glad the customer trusted me to come out and provide every option and we could decide together the best way to provide there family with the best service .

Customer provided shower valve install . In the process he was going to put an access panel in the back so I went ahead and installed 2 shut off valves for them so if needed to change the cartridge they wouldn’t have to turn off the water to the whole house . Making it easier for the customer and the next Technician.

Going to give the customer options from a permanent fix by replacing the toilet with an elongated ADA height or a band aid fix by replacing the toilet guts inside the tank .

Little bit of commercial work . Toilet seal leaking from the wall so I replaced the seal and got them up and running again with a 1 year warranty worry free .

Not done yet still need to add support but atleast the home owner has a drain for her lavatory sink and will be able to use it for the holidays . She has family coming in from Florida so I couldn’t leave her with out a working drain . Left the customer worry free .

Added a new water line for a customer because they had a slab leak coming from the back yard hose Bibb . Was able to add a water softener loop in the process it was a good day to help out a customer and for them to trust me working in there home .

Always check your water pressure to your home don’t put your house at risk with high pressure . Anything over 70 can cause leaks and eventually wear and tear your water fixtures .
