📣The B+A team is excited to announce that we have acquired Dallas-based landscape architecture firm Enviro Design. This acquisition will significantly expand our growth opportunities in the multifamily housing market to curate timeless, functional spaces across Texas and beyond.

➡ About Enviro Design
Richard B. “Dick” Arthur founded Enviro Design in 1975 and was later joined by his now retired partner Al David. Since then, the firm has been a trusted name for landscape architecture, known for building longstanding relationships and creating high-quality design solutions. The firm has worked on a wide variety of projects throughout the country, and remains unrivaled for its expertise in the design of multifamily developments.

B+A Founder and Managing Principal, Daryl Benkendorfer, first befriended Dick in 1982, when Daryl joined Enviro Design in his first role out of college. He considers Dick not only a mentor, but the “father of Texas multifamily landscape architecture.” Over the years, they have maintained a treasured friendship and frequently catch up to discuss challenges and successes. As Dick prepares for a well-earned retirement, this acquisition brings their long-lasting relationship full circle and is the best step to ensure that Enviro Design’s clients stay in good hands and allow B+A to expand and flourish.

B+A is happy to announce The Caroline at Rogers Ranch in San Antonio as an MFE Award Winner!!! This garden style community is reimagining contemporary amenity living through a landscape-forward design approach that harmonizes the large central courtyard with architecture. Landscape amenities include a resort-style pool, cabanas, outdoor gas grills, bocce court, an upper terrace lawn, and a communal fire gathering area.
