This home had a sprinkler system installed and the only route to run the electrical lines was through the slab. The demo and pourback of the concrete was an eye sore for the homeowner considering how beautiful the home is. So we patched, grinded and added an overlay system. This overlay system is a skimcoat that has no high build up and has a compressive strength of 4800psi once fully cured. It was sealed with a matte acrylic sealer to protect and ensure longevity

This contractor had previously hired someone to complete a concrete floor on this commercial space. They suggested an overlay and caked on a couple layers of material. When they figured they couldn’t deliver a functional and appealing floor they turned to us for help. An overlay is not always the best option for old tired concrete floors. Almost every time we’re able to grind, patch, and polish to a beautiful functional finish that will withstand almost any traffic. We added some gray dyes to give a nicer appearance

This customer wanted a clean functional floor for their garage so we delivered a grind and polish. It was previously coated with DYI “epoxy” system that was failing. Epoxy isn’t always the only option for garage floors. A polished slab won’t scratch, it’s breathable and easy to maintain, and if touch ups are ever needed it’s easier and low cost to do so

Good outcome on these trenches! Saw cut, demo, and concrete placement after plumbers did their thing. We don’t just pour concrete in trenches like this and call it good, we make sure to get a clean even finish making sure it’s a nice flat finished surface for future flooring plans

It was an honor to be able to do this job for a great customer from start to finish. Everything from concrete placement to the finished product. This slab was poured to a smooth trowel finish, then we came back once concrete was cured, stained it using a black acid stain and sealed with an acrylic sealer. Glad to deliver a beautiful patio that can be enjoyed for years to come
