Our executive board members Monica and Chelsea attended this impactful two-day event filled with leadership development, networking, and celebration alongside women from across the country who are shaping the future of the roofing industry.

Congratulations to all of the 2026 NWIR Award recipients, who were recognized for their exceptional contributions to both the organization and the industry. We are especially proud to celebrate Michelle Ly, Operations Manager of Hall Roofing & Construction in Round Rock, Texas, on receiving the prestigious World Award.

We also extend a big congratulations to Liz Garza, Territory Manager for SRS Distribution and CEO & Founder of She’s in Roofing in Nashville, Tennessee, who earned the Rising Star Award.

Council awards honored outstanding achievements across the nation:

The NWIR World Award recognizes women with 10+ years of experience in the roofing industry who lead with integrity, inspire others, and help move the industry forward. To be included among this group of respected professionals from across the country is truly an honor.

Michelle’s leadership, work ethic, and commitment to empowering women in roofing reflect the values we strive for every day. This nomination represents years of dedication—not just to the craft, but to building people up along the way.

The winner will be announced this Sunday, and regardless of the outcome, we couldn’t be more proud to stand behind a nominee for the National Women in Roofing World Award. Cheers to all that have been nominated!

National Women in Roofing – Central Texas Council wrapped up the year with a festive Jingle & Mingle at Miracle on 5th Street! 🎄

We came together to celebrate the holidays, raise a glass to a year of growth, and enjoy time networking and learning alongside the incredible women (and allies) in our roofing community.

We also embraced the season of giving by bringing donations for the Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center’s Holiday Market, helping brighten the holidays.

With 2025 just about behind us, we’re grateful for the relationships built, the support shared, and the momentum that will carry us into the new year. Cheers to a strong and inspiring 2026 ahead!
