Unpopular opinion: not every Primary Bathroom needs a freestanding tub moment.

Tubs can be a great, but they are not always the most practical option for small spaces where every square foot counts. For the Primary Suite in our Zilker Park Condo where the only closet is less than 30 SF, we made the conscious decision to trade the tub real estate for some much needed storage space. Without moving any walls, we reduced clutter and created more opportunities for better organization, and our client isn’t looking back!

First of 2026! The transformation of this nook is key to the function and flow of this living room configuration.

The thoughtful and simple details of this bookshelf make it an element that anchors the room without overwhelming it. Cabinets with mesh door inserts provide concealed storage and texture while the open shelves above are the perfect place to display family treasures. The addition of the window by the fireplace brings natural filtered light to what was once a dark and heavy space.

We love to make an entrance 💃🏼

When we think about what makes the perfect entry to a home, we think in terms of style and function. In this project, we created a defined entry by adding a partition wall with built-in storage between the front door and living room. The custom front door with sidelight/transom combined with beautiful hardware by Ironwood Industries really steals the show.

For this project in , we were presented with a lot of hurdles when trying to introduce natural light into the space. Originally, the homeowner wanted a window on either side of the range, BUT the gas meter was located too close to those potential window locations. Our solution? Installing a new clerestory window above the vent hood!

Although the concept was simple enough, this detail was easier said than done. To get this element from spec to install took tons of coordination with our talented team and . The end result is a one of a kind installation.
