The most overlooked part of the construction process is also the most important. The preconstruction phase, while unglamorous, sets the stage for every phase to follow.

Without a defined process, you’re just aiming blindly. And since the word “guess” isn’t in our vocabulary, we involve ourselves with the architects and the homeowners early on.

During the preconstruction planning phases, we ask those important questions so we can make mistakes on paper, not during the actual construction process. This all leads to a really defined and clear process from beginning to end.
