What can you really do with 800 square feet?

At our Holly neighborhood ADU project, we packed two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a rooftop deck with downtown views, a balcony, fenced yard and private driveway into a compact footprint that lives like a much larger home.

This project shows how Austin homeowners can unlock serious value from underutilized land through thoughtful design and construction.

Framing one of our favorite architectural moments at our Travis Country project. Even at the frame stage, you can already see how this feature will create a dramatic focal point and connect the interior to the landscape.

Great design is all about capturing what makes a property special—and sometimes the best artwork is right outside the window.

Seamless, but not by accident.

This Taj Mahal quartzite fireplace surround was crafted from three separate slabs—meticulously fabricated and bookmatched so the veining flows as one continuous surface. No interruptions, no visual breaks… just quiet precision and serious craftsmanship.

It’s the kind of detail you don’t notice at first—and then can’t unsee.

Built by Newcastle in 2016 and still pushing against the ordinary.

This East Austin home, designed by Guido Porto, plays with form, light, and color—angled walls, unexpected openings, and that screened porch that blurs the line between inside and out. Thoughtfully built from the start, it’s held up exactly how we believe homes should—solid, efficient, and made to last.

Nearly a decade later, the design still feels as relevant as ever. Not chasing trends, just doing its own thing well.

Grateful to see it back on the market, represented by Austin Home Girls Realty / Reinae Kessler Broker.

If you’ve been waiting for something a little different, this is it.

Just wrapping up our Bouldin Creek renovation. This kitchen was a fully replaced —redesigned to be softer and more user-friendly: warm white oak cabinetry, a sculptural island and a quiet palette that lets the materials do the talking. Integrated storage, layered lighting, and clean lines keep it functional without ever feeling clinical.

Timeless over trendy. Built to age well, not just photograph well.

Sold—and still standing strong.

This home, originally built by Newcastle in 2013, just found its next chapter thanks to Zoe Wafelbakker of Bramlett Partners. Designed by Travis Young of Studio Momentum—an Austin architect we’ve trusted for decades—it’s a project that continues to reflect what we value most:

Timeless design. Thoughtful construction. Enduring value.

There’s nothing better than seeing a home hold up—not just physically, but aesthetically—years later. A reminder that doing it right the first time always pays off.

Modern, thoughtful and built to last.

This East Austin home—privately listed by Will Steakley of DEN Property Group —brings together clean design and everyday livability. Designed by François Lévy Architecture + Interiors and built by our team in 2016, it’s a study in balance: concrete and eucalyptus floors, custom cabinetry, layered lighting and curated tile in a space that feels both refined and effortless.

Smart home technology, seamless indoor-outdoor flow, and a low-maintenance xeriscaped yard make it as functional as it is striking—just minutes from downtown and the best of the East Side.

Timeless design. Intentional details. Designed for the way you live.

This East Austin craftsman bungalow renovation and addition leans a little further than we typically would on color and pattern — and that’s exactly the point.

Every client comes with a different style, and our role is to guide the process, help make the right decisions and execute their vision at a high level.

From the original bungalow to the addition, this project reflects the client's clear point of view carried through materials, layout and detailing. We're thrilled to have been part of such a unique and creative build.
