Recent survey: Our maintenance agreement customers have been with us an AVERAGE of 10 years. Service plan customers average almost 6 years. This, even after all the influx of new customers who bought houses from our previous long term customers in the past 2 years. We appreciate and thank all our customers, current and past, and we look forward to many more years together.

I'd like a show of hands on this one... How many people believe the City of Austin's report? On July 31, 2018 they reported that they spilled more than 100,000 gallons of wastewater into Walnut Creek a few days earlier, and "...public health and safety and the environment were not affected...". So, by show of hands, how many really believe that?

Austin Water says it didn't discover the problem until the afternoon of Friday, July 27.

Do you recall the commercial about changing the oil in your car? "Pay me now, or pay me later." It's the same with septic systems.

Septic systems cost as much as new cars. Ignoring maintenance on your septic system brings up another phrase "penny wise and pound foolish."
