There was very little damage visible as I pulled up to this inspection. The roof painted a very different picture. Fractured the matting on the back of the shingle - Fresh Black Asphalt exposed.
Just because you cant first see it, doesn't mean it isn't there

4 Inspections today. 4 Roof Inspection Reports created for my clients. 3 Insurance claims filed for full roof replacement due to significant hail damage from last nights Hail Storm. If the Hail damage isn't there.... I'll tell you. Don't be lead into filing a claim unless a roofing professional can show you photos of clear Hail damage to your roof.

Tip - The darker the hail impact to the shingle the more recent the Hail event occurred
