Today we’re highlighting a project that we are as proud of now as we were when it was completed in 2020 - the Rolls-Royce Raines Building, in Savannah, GA. 🎆🎆

This project for Rolls-Royce is a two-story jet-engine remanufacturing and assembly facility. The 62,000 SF building includes offices, warehouse, manufacturing space. With expertise in office, manufacturing/distributing facilities, AND aviation projects, we knew this project would be a great fit for MPA - and we were right! 

As always, great projects can’t be delivered without a great team of consultants working together, led by Choate Construction, who brought this project to life. Here’s to more successful projects like this!

Here are some shots from our recent Group Serve day at Community First! Village last Friday. This was our second volunteer day this year with , and we loved every minute. It was a beautiful day for outside work, spent making Austin Better, by Design!

A big thank you to the volunteers, staff, and the residents at Community First! for a great Friday morning. We’ll be back!

As October draws to a close, we are reflecting on what a great month it was! Not only is it one of the busiest months of the year for Austinites, it’s extra special because it means Ricardo has worked at MPA for 8 years! 🎉🥳

As a senior project manager and a leader of many of our industrial projects, Ricardo’s positive attitude, design knowledge, and helpful contributions to projects and firm culture are invaluable to MPA. Always available to answer questions and often the last one to leave the office, Ricardo embodies our core values of being Honest, Dependable, and Engaged.

Located a few doors down from the MPA office in downtown Austin, the Sherri Hill Design Center in the 5th+Colorado Tower is a 12,500 SF finish-out project MPA delivered in 2017.

Designed for functionality and versatility, the space features an open-office layout, diverse meeting areas, and a 60-foot modeling runway. The minimalistic design and open floor plan aim to encourage a creative atmosphere, while the neutral materials and monochromatic color scheme provide a backdrop for the vibrant designs that define Sherri Hill’s brand.
