🚨 Outstanding employee alert:

On July 22, our very own Justin Hickey, Technical Support Specialist, took a call that was anything but routine. Detective Rainwater from the Kyle, TX Police Department reached out about several Alibi Witness recorders found at a crime scene that wouldn’t power on – no lights, no signs of life! ⚠️🎥

Without missing a beat, Justin told the detective to bring the recorders to our Austin HQ, and he’d take a look. When Detective Rainwater arrived, Justin and Jason Collins, our Head of Technology, wasted no time bringing the units into the Alibi on-site integration center and hooking them up to our test racks to assess the damage. 🛠️🖥️

While the recorders (which were nearly 10 years old) were unfortunately too far gone and the drives too corrupt to salvage, the effort and professionalism shown didn’t go unnoticed. In fact, Detective Rainwater was so impressed that he presented Justin with a commemorative community service coin – a rare token of appreciation from KPD. 🙌🏅👮‍♂️

This recognition only confirmed what we already knew: Justin is a legend! 🌟 He’s a perfect example of how our technical support team is one of the key value drivers that sets Alibi Security apart. 🔧💪
