Designed in our signature Texas Contemporary™ style, the transformation includes a refreshed entry, a fully redesigned exterior, and the conversion of underutilized areas into valuable leasable space. LEVY DYKEMA is on the move this spring! 🏃🏽🏃🏽‍♀️ As part of our ongoing mission to give back to our communities, we recently participated in 5Ks for two great causes.

Our Corpus Christi team ran in the 39th Goodwill Run for Goodwill South Texas. This event helps fund the company’s free employment and training programs for South Texans with disabilities or who have other barriers to employment.

Meanwhile, our Austin team joined the Race to Cure Sarcoma 5K (Sarcoma Foundation of America, Inc.), raising funds to support patients and families with this rare form of cancer.

Located in Austin, TX, this corporate office was designed with a focus on collaboration, health and wellness. Featuring large, floor-to-ceiling windows and a lush perimeter garden, this project connects employees to the natural environment while creating bright, inviting workspaces.

With energy-efficient systems and RESET-certified air quality, Uplands II takes sustainability to the next level, providing eco-friendly spaces for employees and businesses to thrive.

This month marked the groundbreaking for a new LEVY DYKEMA project: Ridge Crossing at Blackhawk in Pflugerville, TX.

Located in one of the city’s fastest-growing neighborhoods, Ridge Crossing is a 21,000 sq. ft., Class A retail development spanning two buildings that features shops, restaurants, and a spacious outdoor play area for families of all ages.
