Meet Street Elle, our rescue chicken.
(She’s the cute one.)

She was sauntering down the road in front of our office (in a heavy industrial zone) when Kris saw her. It was kismet, as he’s wanted a chicken for quite a while.
After much effort, we were able to persuade her to join our team.
She now lives in our warehouse at night and roams our property during the day.
Unfortunately we have not yet trained her on how to use our bathroom, but anything is possible.

To have a project where we designed and installed the HVAC systems featured in Architectural Digest, a publication I have subscribed to for years… I have no words.

Is appropriate here?

Here is the link for the details on this beauty 🥰

When an architect and a designer are given carte blanche, it can be exhilarating yet daunting. What eras to draw inspiration from? Just how much texture and color should interior spaces have? Those are only some of the questions that frequent collaborators Ryan Street of Ryan Street Architects] and Emily Seiders of asked themselves after a young family hired them to reimagine their recently purchased Austin home.

I had such a blast sponsoring and volunteering at NOMA of Central Texas]] ‘s very first Project Pipeline, a two-day camp for kids interested in the architecture profession.
The kids were adorable, so creative and sweet, and the other volunteers were amazing humans! I just wanted to put everyone in my pocket and take them home!

If you’re interested in sponsoring or volunteering for next year’s event, dm me or NOMA of Central Texas]] for details!

Repost from NOMA of Central Texas]]

Huge thanks to our Project Pipeline volunteers and sponsors for an extremely successful inaugural Project Pipeline Regional Summer Camp! As a new chapter, we could not have done it without you.

Congratulations to our many participants who blew our minds with their skills and ingenuity. Judging by what we saw last weekend, the future of design is in good hands!

Bravo future community leaders! The world is your oyster.

"The BLS estimates, over the next 10 years there will be a 14 percent increase in employment in the 700 occupations they track. During that same time, the HVACR industry will grow by 34 percent and 31 percent of the HVACR workforce will retire.

Two thirds of the people working in the HVACR industry 10 years from now will be people not in the industry today. In addition, unlike many other jobs, HVACR service jobs cannot be outsourced."
