Another is underway in Katy, TX by yours truly!

Last week our team had their onsite walk with ownership, finished up the framing and sheathing and prepped the site for concrete paving.

Nothing is more exciting when ownership is happy and the project is moving smoothly đŸ”„đŸ€˜đŸŒ

Always striving to deliver REAL. RAW. RELEVANT. RELENTLESS. RESULTS.

Mondays don’t end when the morning does.

By Monday afternoon, our leadership team is already deep in active projects—aligning departments, addressing challenges, and setting clear priorities for the week ahead.

This meeting is about accountability.
About clarity.
About making decisions early so ex*****on stays clean.

Strong outcomes aren’t reactive. They’re built through consistent communication and leadership at every level.

This is how we stay aligned.
This is how we deliver.

A full b-roll walkthrough of the completed Ramen Tatsuya in Houston.

Tile, lighting, woodwork, booths, and countertops; every finish tied in clean to support a high-traffic restaurant that still holds its edge. No narration needed. The work speaks for itself.

Construction takeaway:
In restaurants, finishes aren’t cosmetic. They’re part of the system. If the details aren’t built right, the space won’t perform.

On site at the new 7 Brew in Sanger, TX, clearing overburden and setting the ground for what comes next.

This phase is about getting the site right before anything gets built. Strip the dirt, clean the footprint, and prep for concrete. Later this week, forms go up, rebar gets placed, and footers and the stem wall get poured. From there, the modular building drops in and utilities run underneath to bring the site online.

Construction takeaway:
If the dirt work isn’t clean, everything above it suffers. Layout, concrete, and modular placement only work when the ground is prepped right from day one.

On site in Lake Jackson, TX, breaking ground on the next 7 Brew.
With utilities shut off and the demo cleared, the team is moving into the first phase: leveling the site before layout begins.

This will be Dillan’s 13th 7 Brew build, and the process stays the same every time: clean demo, accurate layout, and a disciplined start so the rest of the project lands on track. Working inside Brazos Mall means tighter hours and close coordination with neighbors, but the standard doesn’t change.

Next step: corner layout, pit excavation, and walls.
Another 7 Brew in motion.

A strong year doesn’t start on site, it starts with the team that builds it.

Our retreat brought the crew together to reset, sharpen, and align on one thing: delivering for our clients at the highest standard. Real conversations, real planning, and a group committed to pushing harder in 2026.

Same grit. Same expectations. Stronger team.

The final reveal at Mama Betty’s.
Neon on, bar complete, booths installed, and every finish tied in clean.

Nothing about this build was accidental; the layout, the framing, the mechanicals, and the detail work all had to hit or the end product wouldn’t look like this. Alignment is what makes a space feel intentional.

Another Citadel build, fully turned over.

Fast-paced work on site at CiCi’s Pizza — interior cuts, exterior prep, saws running, drills moving, and the landscape work taking shape.
This is the phase where every adjustment matters. Cuts need to be clean, layout needs to land, and the exterior tie-ins have to match the interior plan.

This modular build for 7 Brew was craned onto the pad in sections, and the team has been pushing it toward the 90-day mark ever since. Exterior signs are up, landscaping is wrapping, and the crew is running final wiring and equipment checks inside to bring the building online.

Modular only works when every connection, anchor, and tie-in hits clean. The last phase is about verifying every system before turnover; power, equipment, layout, flow.

A look back at Industry SOMA — a project built with purpose.
A modern townhome community designed to bring stability, pride, and long-term value to families in South Austin.

Our role was simple: build it right. From sitework to finishes, the focus stayed on creating a safe, durable, and attainable neighborhood for the hard-working people of Austin as housing costs continue to climb.

A project grounded in community, and one we’re proud to have delivered.
