CENTRAL TEXAS WIND DAMAGE ALERT!!!!

Unless your roof is completely gone, DO NOT FILE A CLAIM WITH YOUR INSURANCE until you have it inspected by a professional. If your roof looks anything like the photo below, the cost for repairs is likely less than your deductible. This could save you from any penalties from filing an unwarranted claim.
If your roof is looking like this today, then it may be time to upgrade your roofing system. 3-tab shingles aren’t made to withstand high winds and if you live in the flats, I’m certain you’ve noticed. Regardless of how old or new, 3-tab shingles will be susceptible with wvery passing storm.
