General labor/ Demolition- $15.00 - $20.00 hour
Drywall installers - bid job
Plumbers - bid job
Cabinet installers $ per foot rate per job.
Painters -bid job
Trim carpentry- bid job.
Flooring installers.

Must have basic and tools, transportation, good work ethic.

Bonuses paid on quality and timely completion.

Project Description.
Busted drain pipe cause rotted wall framing and destroyed old vanity.

Plumbing. Tunneled 8 ft under the home to connect to main line. Added extra drain for a double vanity.

Framed wall, added water lines and electrical.

Custom made cabinets, coated in lacquer for long lasting durability.

Tile back splash to complement the rest of the tile to maintain period look.

Just one more great job completed.

Amazing what a face lift will do for curb appeal.
The project also needed to have his patio roof framed properly.

Another quality job. Just added a mud room addition out in Round Rock. Stone work to be done later.

Here another quality job. New roof brought up to code with the chimney cricket added a new back patio cover built,gutters and painting of the entire house.
