Working alongside Carey Dodson Architecture + Design, we reconfigured the entire first level for a bright, open flow that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. The result? A showstopping curved steel staircase in the entry, new patios, a home gym, and a third-story lookout tower perfect for martinis with friends.

This new construction bungalow was designed to fit seamlessly into its rapidly evolving neighborhood — white siding punctuated by bold pops of teal on the door and window frames, native xeriscape landscaping, and a covered front porch made for lingering. At just 1,700 square feet, thoughtful design by Elizabeth Baird Architecture & Design makes every inch feel intentional and spacious.
