Constructing Relationships, One Building at a Time

10/16/2026

We were honored to celebrate this exciting ribbon cutting alongside Foundation Communities! Congratulations to their incredible team and to everyone at BEC who helped bring this building to life.
The connections made and powerful stories shared during the celebration truly touched our hearts. We’re grateful to be part of a project that represents not only a new building, but also the people, relationships, and community it will serve.

There’s nothing like an early morning on the water to bring the team together! Our company fishing trip was the perfect opportunity to step away, relax, and enjoy some quality team-building time. From a beautiful sunrise and great food to games, prizes, and plenty of laughs, it was a memorable day with an incredible team. Here’s to working hard, having fun, and making great memories together! Congrats to Sam for the biggest red!

We're excited to share that BEC has partnered with Construction In Focus to showcase who we are and where we're headed. This opportunity allowed us to share our story, our values, and our vision for the future. A special thank you to our incredible partners who helped make this project possible: Multilevel Framing, 2CA Enterprises, Kitchen Cabinets Inc., Colvin Electric, and Construction Metal Products. We appreciate your collaboration and support!

We were thrilled to be part of the Welcome Home Basket Project with Foundation Communities! Thank you to their wonderful team for making the drop-off so easy and for giving us a tour of the property. It was inspiring to see the apartments that will soon be home to so many individuals and families. Our favorite spot was the courtyard, where the tranquil water feature creates the perfect place to sit, unwind, and enjoy a morning coffee. We're grateful for the opportunity to support such an impactful organization.

Join us in welcoming Matt Ponte to the BEC team!

We’re thrilled to have Matt join us as one of our Assistant Superintendents. His strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in and get things done have already made a great impression.

Welcome to the team, Matt! We’re excited to have you on board!

We’re proud to announce that Eric has been promoted to Senior Superintendent! After 11 years with the BEC team, Eric has continued to grow and make a lasting impact on every project he’s been a part of.

His dedication to building quality projects, keeping them on schedule, and maintaining a clean and organized job site are just a few of the qualities we truly appreciate about Eric.

Thank you, Eric, for 11 years of hard work and commitment to the BEC team. We’re excited to see all that you’ll accomplish in this next chapter!

Congratulations on your well-deserved promotion, Eric!

BEC Austin had a great time attending the Texas State Construction & Concrete Fair for the first time! We enjoyed meeting and speaking with so many impressive students and look forward to reconnecting with them in the future. Thank you, Bobcats, for the warm welcome and for having us on campus!
