Are you keeping up with your generator maintenance? It is really important if you rely on yours every year to make sure the oil is changed and the batteries are ready. If you have a generator like I do you know it is super easy to do the upkeep so I'm super thanful for that. Great design by them and this is not a sponsored post lol.

Coil Failure! Has anyone experienced any coil failures in recently built homes? This is from a 4 year old home. HVAC is in a conditioned attic. I’ve heard some rumor that coils have been failing because of being within spray foamed attics. However, this one failed inside an attic with ZERO spray foam. All Rockwool insulation at the roofline. I’m curious what your experience has been? This manufacturer replaced the coil material under warranty and I just paid labor for the swap out. Is this happening often? Across manufacturers? In Northern homes too? Please comment if you’ve experienced this too.
