Today’s homeowner tip: Keeping your AC condensation line clean

It’s one of those little maintenance tasks that’s easy to forget about, but staying on top of it can help prevent clogs, water damage, and unexpected headaches down the road. We suggest flushing those lines after checking with your HVAC installer so you can always use the proper chemicals. (Also: Never mix bleach and vinegar!)

A little “work with J&B” update!

We’ve got a few different projects moving right now, which means a lot of site walks, progress checks, conversations with trades, and office work!

Today our main work is a couple site walks and office check ins!

And while we can’t fit every project, every meeting, or every jobsite into one reel, this gives you a pretty good look at what a normal mid week day with Jace & Bowen might look like.

Our mission here at Jace & Bowen Custom Builders is to stay involved, keep homeowners informed, and make sure the job keeps moving the way it should!

Fully loaded might be the best way to describe this one.

From the dimmable lighted mirrors with multiple color settings to the shower with both a handheld and rain shower head, this bathroom has a lot of little details that make a big difference. We also added custom shower niches for all the everyday stuff.

And we didn’t even get to the custom closet!

More than just adding features, we always want everything in the home to belong together from room to room. The lighting, finishes, fixtures, cabinetry and architectural details should all work together so the home feels cohesive.

Beautiful bathroom, plenty of options…the sky truly is the limit!!

Bring it to us! One of our favorite parts of building a custom home is helping you shape the ideas you’ve been saving into something buildable.

For this Lampasas home, Alec explains that the owners wanted a built-in fridge with surrounding shelving and a stone archway. Instead of stopping at ‘we don’t think that will work’, we looked at the options and found a way, including using a stone veneer.

Sometimes, the thing you’ve been picturing really can become part of your home.

When it’s closing time, you want this company on your team!!

The team at My Cleaning Company has been hard at work here in Lampasas getting our home in Rolling Hills Reserve ready for move in day!

When we have a big job with a deadline, we know their crew is ready to take on whatever gets thrown their way. They take just as much pride in showing the homeowner a sparkling, clean home as we do in building it right! 🤩

Our Rolling Hills Reserve house is SO CLOSE to the finish line and we are excited to celebrate with our homeowners!! Appliance Day and a concrete pour for the driveway checked off the final to do list.

This custom home has been so fun to build and a different style than any we’ve shown thus far. What an honor to bring this to life for this family.

Let’s get yall all moved in soon, how bout it! 😆🥳🏡
