Classic European influence meets modern luxury.

This primary bathroom rendering was designed to feel timeless, dramatic, and deeply refined. We blended Baroque inspired architecture with elevated modern touches to create a true retreat inside the home.

Some of the standout details:
▫ Floor-to-ceiling marble throughout the shower and flooring
▫ Custom black vanities paired with warm brushed gold fixtures
▫ Ornate trim work and layered molding details
▫ Freestanding soaking tub positioned beneath oversized arched windows
▫ Statement chandelier and ambient ceiling lighting for a soft luxury feel

One of the biggest upgrades at our Cedar Park Ranchette Project was converting this home from electric-only to a fully functional natural gas home.

So what’s the difference?

⚡ Electric Homes
• Easier initial installation

• Can become expensive during peak energy demand
• Electric resistance heating typically costs more to operate in colder months
