Another major milestone for our Pedernales Canyon project!

The landscaping is officially in, and we're getting closer and closer to the finish line. It's always exciting to see a home come together, but there's something special about watching the outdoor spaces take shape and begin to connect the home to the surrounding Hill Country landscape.

We still have a few final steps before this project is complete, but we can already picture what it will look like once everything grows in and settles into its natural surroundings.

We're excited to see this Spicewood build continue to take shape!

Just a few weeks ago, this was a prepared job site. Today, the slab is poured, and we're one step closer to seeing this custom home rise from the ground up. Every phase brings new progress, and it's always rewarding to watch a vision become reality.

Super Jett & Cruz are back!

After a week away in Miami, the boys are back on site and a lot has changed.

The slab has officially been poured, the layout of the home is marked, and we're getting ready for one of the most exciting phases of the build.

This week, Jett explains how the markings on the slab act as a roadmap for the framers, while Cruz asks the important questions (as always). They also take a look at what's next, from site cleanup and grading to the lumber delivery that will bring this home vertical.

And while Miami was nice, the Hill Country views might be tough to beat.

Follow along to watch this custom home come to life step by step. If the weather cooperates, next week's update should include lumber, framers, and the beginning of the walls!
